    Your 12 Week Transformation Challenge will begin within a day or two of you registering for the program. I’ll send you a link to upload your “before” photo and then you’ll be required to submit your “after” photo exactly 12 weeks later. Only those individuals who upload their "before" photos will be eligible to win prizes.



    You’ll receive an initial workout program and diet plan based on information/preferences you provide to me when you sign up for the program. I’ll update your program at least monthly, and more often if required based on how your body responds to the program or if there is some aspect of the program you would like to change.



    The first day of your challenge will be the day you receive your initial workout program and diet plan. Your challenge will end exactly 12 weeks later, and you will need to upload an “after” photo on that day in order to be eligible to win a prize.

    The close date for the 12 week transformation plan is dependent on the number of people who sign up. Once the close date has been determined, it will be posted on my Instagram Account and my Private Facebook Group. All 12 week transformation challenges must be completed on or prior to this date in order to qualify for the contest prizes. Prizes will be awarded shortly after the contest close date.
